goncookoo, Just noticed that you are in the Boston area as I am. Which dealer (Watertown, Norwood, Northborough) did your tint job? And were you able to match with the rear privacy glasses as well? Thanks very much for your help.

Thanks for the posting. Yes, after replacing the master switch, I have yet to experience the power window/door lock problems. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again.

Hope everyone is well... New to this forum. I have a US version 2001 RX300 Silversport and recently had problems with my remote entry and auto power windows. The remote entry would unlock all but the driver side door and the auto power windows would freak out and move up and down once I activated them. The dealer replaced the Master Switch and told me the cause of the problem was the front windows that I tinted. Apparently, I was told there are window sensors sensitive enough to notice change in thickness of the windows (after the tint) and that may short circuit the Master Switch. Anybody else had problems like this after tinting the front windows? Would appreciate any feedback...
