I had brake failure on my 99 gs 300 at 72000 last year Lexus told me it was because it was a high mileage car and so the master cylinder unit must be worn out ???? the replacement cost will be in the region of £2000 That is what i paid I have read somewhere this is a known problem but Lexus refuse to admit to this as this would be bad for their image If anyone else has had this problem Please let us know on this site I would be interested to see how many more people have been fobbed of by Lexus UK
