I didn't know that was legal,I thought as a business the distance selling regulations mean you can change your mind within 14 days and ask for a refund,it is up to the seller to collect the item or am I completely wrong here.

Mine does this as well.Cool air works fine but warm air takes alot longer.. then gets very hot
