  8. I wasnt aware that the LS 400 had this feature, although the MKIV may have Steve There is a setting marked AUTO on the stalk for the headlights on the Mark IV. Now if only they would turn in when needed when it is raining. Does anyone know if there is a warning when a bulb fails to light? My old SAAB 9000 had a schematic of the car which would light up to show a bulb had blown and which corner, very useful. I get extremey annoyed at people who insist on hacking along the M25 with only one head or tail light. Most petrol station sell replacement bulbs an Halfords is open til 8 most nights I think, so ther is no excuse. Any way end of rant hi guys thank you all for your replys my stalk only has two positions on it only reason that i know that its fitted to my car as it has the photo eye in the left hand corner of the fascia many thanks neil

  13. You will need to swop the red and black wires, as Lexus do their own thing - they have 12 volts on all three headlamp connectors, then switch to a negative when the lights are turned on. Unless the kit is specifically for a Lexus, and wired for it- mine wasn't. Check out the photos earlier in this thread hi mate thank you for your reply the handy thing is is the two wires are seprate and not in a plug so ill look at the pic that was post earlyer in this thread hope these will match my led side lights regards neil i fitted my hid kit today but the headlights will not come back on arfter using main beam as i mentioned in my last post mine is a two wire kit thanks in advance neil I've covered this problem before in a previous reply. Read the full thread and both pages of it. I think the HID's need a second or two to reset and re-ignite, are they failing to come on after a quick HI-beam flash? thank you for your replys firstly if i swap the red and black wires around my headlights dont work i have to connect them reverse to what is posted on here secondly they will not come back on arfter using main beam is there any chance you could pm me your thread on the wiring of these lights as i dont seam to be able to find it thanks in advance neil

  23. You should have kept pestering them until they sorted things out. If you leave it till they call, you could be waiting forever. Get on the phone now - speak to the manager and kick up a fuss. Tell them that their reply to the problem is waited with interest on the Lexus forum. At the very least you should get your money back. Keep us posted. Pete just fitted a set of 18s from a gs300 with 235/40/18 give the car a porposefull look
