you can still use a ssqv with the charger system..??? had the hks ssqv on my scoob and my nissans the sound is the nuts!!! love the high piched squeal not like the normal d/valves that go wwooossshhhh.. and you can here them from further away.and people always ask whats that noise.

cheers mate you sold me that idea...not in the trade but built many drift cars.. :) that why i wanted a charger "the sound"... ;) i'll be keeping a good eye out very soon for one, and must say nice motor!!!! will buy my exhaust and kit first then will slam it and then for the "noise" cheers for the info, and showing me the light....haha chris

cheers guys,thought it was to good to be true.... :( subaru had a non mappable ecu aswell, i do pick them.. so is there anyway i can get any more poke for alot of dollar,except a new ecu.. going to put a exhaust on,and not going to lose the cats for mot reasons. so looks like i'll be putting that money towards some add ons for the outside.. thanks chris. p's is there any mods to the engine(internal)that would have to be done, if i choose a charger????

so been offered a re-map but is it worth it,and how many more ponys will i expext.???? been driving turbo cars since i was 19 and 35 now, all over the 280-350 mark and chosse the is200 for the look and comfort.... but how much power is enough??? was thinking about 180- 190bhp will be good enough, but whats everyones thoughts??? cheers chris and any good mods for before i get the tuning done,i know air box will be good for that power so i/kit is out....!!!! sorry forgot to add its a 2001 sport..

this has prob been covered before but,i'm looking at getting some nice rims. but want the euro look,like the golf boys.. will be staying with 17's or might go 18's,but just need them to sit right. will be lowering it by 40mm,not going coilover route as they are just to much of a hard ride.. but i dont want to roll arches or have rubbing.. so all info welcombe.. cheers chris

has anyone got a link to 6x9 removel.. was trying to take them out to let more bass come through from the sub.. but just cant seem to get the grills of them,and dont want to brake anything. any help welcome. :winky: cheers chris

been trying to find a breakers.... aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh :tsktsk: looking for secondhand tuning parts.. ie: bodykits,rims so on and so on checked all my old sites like japperformanceparts.co.uk but they only list parts for mr2 and ae86's.. does anyone know of places that get cars from japan or uk cars and strip them down????????????????? cheers chris...

first of all hello i'll soon be joining the lexus crowd,not got one yet but am looking... :winky: this is a good time for my first decition....... is it going to be a is or a gs..????? all my other cars have been turbo. and i am just trying to get rid of my type-r (subaru) and before that was 200sx's and pulsars and back in the good old days the renault 5gtt so mane question is what one??????? i do like gs's when done in the vip style.. then its import or uk?? decitions decitions anyway thats the hello done... cheers chris
