  1. Hi I bought a second hand Lexus dog guard today. I can't understand how its supposed to fix in the car, unfortunately I only have 2 brackets and not the 4 I should have but even so I still don't see how to secure it. Has anyone got one fitted in their RX 300 ? If so how does it fix in? Photos would be really handy or if there is somewhere on the internet I can find out? I can post pictures of mine and what I have got if it helps. The person I bought it from never fitted it in his car so he can't help either Any help greatly appreciated Grace
  2. I have been visiting this forum quite a lot and reading lots of interesting articles. I picked up my Lexus RX 300 a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I traded in my BMW 530 d and its the best thing I could have done, the luxury and ride and ... well everything is great. Anyway, Hi I'm Grace from Norwich
  3. Probably not too bad - maybe 2-4hrs work depending on help knowledge etc BUT You will need a new bumper bar as the tow bar replaces the back bumper and also the foam inside the bumper will have been trimed/cut Have a look at the fitting instructions and you should get the idea.. http://techdoc.toyota-europe.com/aimupload...08-K2552-00.pdf If you leave near in London I may still have the bar and rear towing eye in my garage from when I fitted mine ALternatively you could just use a grinder to cut the existing towing ball bar itself off leaving the rest installed rgds Stephen If its a Witter towbar with the detachable tow bar ball I will buy it from you. I have the towbar fitted but the detachable part became detached and now I need to buy another one and they are very expensive. Or if anyone else has one they want to sell , please let me know Thanks Grace
