I dont think its the dials thats the problem. As i said ive tried two sets of controls and still the same problem :-( I dont have the old ones any more either.

I recently replaced my climate controls (which where working perfectly) because of damage to one of the knobs. However, after replacing the unit i am only getting hot air blowing even with the temperature set to low and the air con on. Also the mode is stuck to face and wont switch between modes ie. foot well blower or windscreen blower etc. I tried another unit and still the same problem! Any advise would be greatly appreciated as its driving me nuts! Thanks, Gary

i got 50mm tenzo R springs of ebay which was a hell of a drop honestly dont think it would go much lower, especially at the back!

Hey i just upgraded from a T sport Yaris which i loved to a 2001 IS200 sport. Absolutly lovin' it! Not as much fun as the yaris but a beautiful car to drive and sounds great! lol. Just fitted a prolex induction kit and have orderd Tenzo R springs (50mm) which arrive tomorrow and a blue flame stainless steel exhaust system. Will get pics up when i get the bits fitted! Any common faults with the IS i should look out for? I here the timing belt tensioners can go and the water pumps prone to leaking? Cheers, Gary :D
