The mkIV Supra has TWO Lambda Sensors (on the ONE cat)... the "second" sensor (AFTER cat') IS a Lambda Sensor, but only LOOKS at the resultant gases... after decatting the Supra the Management system works PERFECTLY ! ! Why is the Lexus (SORRY, Toyota !) any different ? ? Can we hear from anyone who has actually decatted a 400 or Celsior ? ? ?.....................................

Could someone explain the different types/models ? ? I fancy (some time in the future) one of the 3.0 TT models, is that a Aristo Vertex ? ? or what ? ? in other words, what FAST versions are there (Supra TT-type fast, that is !) xxx.

NEW Celsior owner (my Dad), couple of queeries (!) - no English Handbook !:- Why TWO washer bottles ? ? (one for de-icer perhaps?) Is the ECT button by gearlever for 'MANU'-changing or what ? ? (didn't want to try it before we know !!) FatS.

MAY change Dad's oil (&filter) straight away, even though they said they'd done it............ Any 'words-of-wisdom' about too high / too low oil grades for the 4.0 ? I'm thinking ~ Fully/Semi Synth' ~ 10/40, 15/50 or is 5/40 OK ? ? FatS.

Anybody got an ENGLISH instruction manual/booklet for this THING ? ? My Dad's Celsior has one fitted to control the suspension, but, the manual is in Japanese ! !

YES, any car PRE-1992 is before the Cat-Test for MOTs... I suppose, STRICTLY speaking, you're STILL not supposed to tamper with 'emmisions' of a vehicle ?! but, NO the car will NOT be 'Cat'-tested at it's MOT (wether the emmisions will be too high for a normal test is another matter ?) As my Dad's just bought a '91 Celsior, I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has de-catted their LS400 yet TOO ? ? ? xxx-large.
