  1. If you remove the spoiler of a sport arent there holes pre drilled in the bootlid to fix it onto? If you remove it there will be loads of holes in the top that would need filling/sprayin
  2. I think the whole forum should sing this... just one more day? please?
  3. wise words Dave, wise words...
  4. One day, when I can afford the coilovers, I will be as low as you Ormi!
  5. well you cant ask a question like that without being told to put a charger on it! I think as far as I am aware that is the only way to get any major power increase into an IS! and turbos of course. But you could also think about bigger/new alloys or getting hold of a TRD/TTE kit for it. It improves the look of the car 10fold in my opinion! Then get it lowered!
  6. Thanks very much! all compliments are welcome. A chat sounds good to me, just pm me when you wanna have a chat. Will try my best to give you some advise. I'll be perfectly honest I dont remember seeing you! sorry about that!
  7. Cheers for that mate, will have to keep my eye out for some on fleabay. By any chance do you have any pics with the halos on whilst fitted to the car?

  9. just stumbled across this post. I have just fitted ccfl angel eyes to my IS and think that these would finish off the front end of my car quite nicely. I have looked around for them on various sites and cant find them anywhere. Any chance of a point in the right direction? many thanks
  10. a nice looking car buddy. You just need to move the horns now!!
  11. I just upload the image to flickr.com, then right click on the image and select properties, then just copy the url address and paste it to the add image icon here. Hope this helps. BTW you can do this with any image you find on the web. cheers for the advice, but i just going to knock it on the head.....getting very annoyed now tryed there using flickr stil wont work..dont know if im using right url address or what..thanks again anyway I reckon give it one more go... use imageshack.us browse for photo and upload to 640x480 then it comes up with a few different URL's etc, copy the one that says forum code and post into thread. Simples

  13. I think there is a thread on here somewhere of how to put up pictures using ImageShack. I'll have a search and see what I can find
  14. yeah I used the Dremel. Fantastic piece of kit. I was a bit wary myself but I just took my time and it worked out for the best. Well, it hasn't rained yet so they might fill up with water over night!
  15. So I decided to bite the bullet and spray the inside of my tail lights. It was a bit of an effort with far too much concentration (and cigarettes) needed, but i got there in the end. and I think t was well worth it.. and fitted ...... all went pretty well, but i think i may need to reseal them as i didn't hold them together until the sealant had completely cured. if i do then i will possibly reseal with a black sealant.
  16. sound, thanks very much. I will let you know how I get on
  17. looks really good, definately makes me want to do it, may sound stupid but I guess you just cut along the join of the lense and backing, is that right?

  21. Just a quick question. Is it possible to split down the brake light cluster to spray the chrome bit? if so, is it the same process as doing the headlights? cheers
  22. Hi, what model of IS do you have? I'm pretty sure only the SE and the Sport have the inbuilt amp.
