Hi Phil, first of all congrats on finding this beaut.Was looking very closely and almost went for it but hey ,well done. I myself am on the hunt for a gs300 sport and will continue looking, i have even seen one for £750ono but i would imagine there to be a host of faults.Ebay can turn up some good bits but trawl the breakers ,there are lots around, Jealous, Mick.

Hi all you GS 300 SPORT members. I was just about to buy a 1996 model with only 38000 miles on clock but it went in a flash. It had full history and was immaculate, but got pipped to it. From a new owners point of view is this model the best one to buy and what should i look out for and avoid, cheers, Mick.
