  1. Cheers for that! There off a lexus soarer apparntly and 17inch so geuss they should be the same there OEM wheels. so geussing it should be okay?
  2. As above really friend has a set of wheels and was wondering would my 215/45/17 sized tyres fit on okay as they are all about 2months old so dont want to really get rid, without giving me any major problems? Thankyou in advance
  3. what would a garage normally charge for the belts being changed and the water pump?
  4. Okay cheers is it fairly straight forward then no specialist tools? Is it common for the water pump to go on these? had a noise around 1500-2000rpm like a rattle goes when reved but since looking into it its coming from the water pump and also sounds like the noise of some i have seen.
  5. How hard is a water pump replacement on a is200 2001 SE as mine has started to become a tad loud. Cheers :)
  6. Have started to notice this alot more recently. Around 1500-rpm up to about 2000rpm there is some kind of engine rattle, notice it alot more when cold as it is louder, but when warm it is still there but sounds quiter. The rest of the rev range sounds sweet with no noises It is coming up to 120k so belts due but dosent sound like that? Any ideas would really be good or anyone had anything similar? Cheers :)
  7. Had a look at the belts they dont seem to loose, forgot to metion as above the noise only happens when the car is moving, apart from the vibrating noise that can be heard with the boot down and when you rev up, as the revs come down around 2,000rpm it will vibrate a bit. Any mroe help would be apriciated.
  8. thanks for all your great response! hopefully it is the belts as its the first 'trouble' ive had with the car, will go give it a go when im free and let you know! Cheers
  9. Hi this problem has gradualy got worse still no wiser to what it is, bascily ther is a squealing/squeaking kind of noise quite loud and high pitched and genreally tends to happen at low revs/ engine understrain/ and when cold, im pretty sure its coming from the rh drivers side of the car but not 100% sure. Does anyone have any ideas atall of what it could be. The belts are coming up soon would this be the cause of the sound? The brakes ect all seem ok. Any response would really be apriciated! Thankyou
  10. Alot less than i thought! So i geuss around 100cash for the rear pannel is what i should be aiming to get?
  11. Without seeing it it's impossible to say. All I can say is my man does a complete panel i.e. a wing for £95 and it's a superb job. I guess you need to shop around but a recommendation is alway better than an advert! Wow that sounds cheap weres that based though? Im geussing will need the wing sprayed as a whole
  12. It does! how someone can find that funny is bizzare! Still kicking myself now! Any ideas on prices buddy just very rougth im bristol area.
