Hi, I have experienced this too. I assumed it was normal, although it is loud! :) We shall call it a "feature"!

If they price match, I just had a call with Lexus Cheltenham and they quoted £325 for a full service (100k Service).

Hi, I am looking at getting a 2006 (56) IS 220d and whilst on the test drive noticed that when changing gear there was an audible "clunk". It wasn't loud and didn't sound too bad but I was just curious if this was a normal sound or something that should be checked out? Many thanks,
