forgot to say i tried removing the fuse in the drivers kick panel with and without the engine running and nothing happened. thank again stix

hi, sorry about this being another stereo topic but ive read others and i dont seem to have the same problem. basically i can only use the readio, when i press cd or try to insert a cd nothing happens or i cant get a cd into the stereo. the only thing i can get to happen is when i press and hold load i get a 'beep' but apart from that i cant get anything else to happen. the car is 2000 with the cd slot above the display if that helps at all. thanks in advance, and apologies again for the repeated topic! stix

hi, basically im wondering if lowering the lex will be as easy as lowering my polo(im guessing it isnt hence why im asking) apart from coilovers are there any needed or recomended parts i should buy before i just jump feet first into lowering it? thanks stix
