I hardly see any on my travels

I have 18" wheels for summer with 225 front and 245 rear I bought 17" wheels last year and put on winter tyres, 225 all round I will swap over from November to March The main reason is to be able to safely use the car in all weather and get out of the way when folks are using summer tyres in sub zero temperatures

Tall people with short legs are no problem for me

I recon mine cost circa £7k to resolve by Lexus Guildford The 2011 on are fine I understand

The early 250C has known rattle problems in the roof. My 2009 250C was bought from Lexus Guildford and they replaced part of the roof mechanism with a fix kit after complaining about rattles. This together with strategically placed felt tape has removed all rattles for me.

I have just come from a BMW (albeit a Z4) to an ISC A key point for all marques with road noise is tyre choice - the same with BMs, particularly the runflats are terrible over pot holes etc I am waiting for my Bridgestones to wear down so that I replace them - probably with Goodyear F1 asyms The biggest difference is the amount of noise on BMW forums about the many problems folks have with them and poor build quality for circa 1 in 5 new Z4s, the poor paint, rubbish dealers etc etc I worry much less with a Lexus than a BMW

The What Car photographer came by today and took some photos for the magazine. It is to coincide with JD Powers results, when they are available. Apologies in advance for any cheesy photos that appear in the magazine.

I had a BMW Z4 before the ISC Z4s are quite common Since getting mine in April, I have only seen one other ISC on the road How many are actually out there that use this forum? I have folks with Porsche etc coming over to chat about the ISC, do you? I wonder if the rarity value is the same in other countries? Martin

I have taken off the original wheels on my ISC and do not know which wheel can from which corner I am have 2 wheels refurbed and so I can get the numbers on the tyre valves The question is, can I tell which corner they are from via the cars computer or is this info only available to the Lexus garage via their systems? If I can align these two wheels then the remaining two are easy to align through a process of trial. Thanks

So I took my car to Lexus and they explained about the electronic sensors in the wheel valves My winter wheels have normal valves and the car identifies an issue, hence light on Lexus also said that the valve sensors may be set for individual corners so put the wheels back on where they came off. I said that I have no idea about which wheel came from which corner, to which they replied that the car may reset itself when the normal wheels are back on again. Thoughts?

I have a few scuff marks on my drivers seat from getting in and out Has anyone used any leather restore product on these beige / white seats? I have used sliptone liquid leather in the past, but they do not seem to have this 'mellow white' on their list of colours Any ideas?

My local ATS will swap summer for winter wheels for £5 per corner and top up the nitrogen at the same time. Is this a reasonable deal or should I look elsewhere?
