i dont know if thats correct that they fit but if someone can confirm they do i know a friend who is selling a set strangely enough if your interested pal
Which parts are interchangable for example im looking at a strut brace for an altezza would it fit the IS? I know they are the same shell and all that but clearance wise would it fit also are all altezza exterior parts able to kit to an IS? i know engine stuff cant but things like coilovers and all that lot?
i know what you mean Dinho but i must admit going from the civic to the lexus and it being much much quieter made me not realise my revs i like to hear my cars
ive been reading around and it seems you can get away with quite a wide alloys at the back on a IS, what is the highest possibilty 9, 9.5? 10!? does anyone know?
did you replace the discs yourself? the first thing that came to mind was that the handbrake wasnt reconnected at one side maybe? i dont know what the grind would be though. have you had the wheel off and had a look?
temp has been above 10c lately, I agree with Sprinter on this one it doesnt sound broken to me. i mean it may be but could also just be coincidence too
thanks Rory well i dont plan on lowering the car as my last car was basically slammed to the ground and it was more trouble than it was worth just did a quick search and at 18" they are 8.0 wide so at standard height 35 offset and maybe 8.5 should be ok i think.
coming from a paint background i can safely say that arctic pearl and starfire pearl will not be the same colour unless one replaced the other. even with outside markets like jdm or usdm when mixing they will be named differently or named as a uk or international paint.
I guess technically its wrong in the proper documents, its just common courtesy though a way to say thanks without taking the time to wind the window down and wave
im really finding it hard to get alloys that i like that fit the lexus (IS200) im looking for something like this My link but aparently they wont fit. Can anyone recommend an alloy which is similar to these which will fit and wont cause me any trouble
thanks
craig
thanks sprinter so im guessing the max offset for practicality still is about 35? and when you say fit under do you mean to the degree where its constantly rubbing or where the wheel pokes further than the arch
nice, yeah in all fairness i did say turbo. 2.5 thats quick thats maybe something to look into then i know they are hard to come by though so just a waiting game i guess
9.5 with a et 35... too wide to get 9.5's under you will need to change the off set....... im running et35 and 8 inch wide and they only just tuck under the arches and thats using 215 tyres..
i see in which case, which of these would fit best?My link
