I have a Lexus es300, 1999 that I purchased 2 months ago. It ran like a dream for a whopping 450 miles. Now the cel is on and trac light. It drives horribly, revs up to 4000rpm when I am at 60mph, and stays there the while ride, , the brake pedal seems to get hard, and it hesitates while driving, like took it to a mechanic and he said I needed a tune up..no change, I had another mechanic flush the engine and change oil, ran better for about 10 miles... He seems like a very good mechanic...I have code p1349 along with misfires in 302 304 306...I want him to finish, the job, but need to make sure I am getting the right thing fixed...btw, I know nada about cars, please any suggestions from anyone who had a similar issue??
