If you hear rattle then it most likely is cause by something near the surface and not deep inside the dash, otherwise you won hear it. Find everything that is loose and do something about it! Hope this helps !

I've found out how to display the map! Its one of the button on the left in the screen. When clicking on this button you get option to choose to display coordinates, map or a split screen.

Hi, When driving, after selecting a route to destination, the navigation system on my IS 220D does not show the map. Instead the display show the current position and only switch to the map at cross roads. Which settings do I have to make to see the map while driving ?

I was suspecting something like that. In my country the lights must always be on when driving. I guess there is a way to deactivate the light sensor.

When set to Auto the frontlights do not switch on when I start the car ! Should it be like that or is this a fault ? Now I have to manually turn on and off the lights when starting and stopping the car, and I don't want to do that !

I've burned mp3 files on a DVD disc, but the DVD player in my IS 220D cannot play the files. Ordinary music CDs work fine. What could be the problems ?
