  3. Hi there, I recently got my first Lexus and I'm very pleased with the car but there is one small issue that is annoying me. When I pull away and when I change gear there seems to be a jolting movement like there is a worn engine mount. The movement is definately linear and not side to side. I trade cars and I do all my own work so I'm pretty good with a spanner but I've not yet had a look underneath the car to see what it could be. I can say that from a standstill, there is both noise and movement coming from the rear. Which makes me think maybe a rear axle bush? If there's any advice anyone's got it would be much appreciated, as the jolting when I change gear is getting quite annoying. Cheers Dave.
