hi dont no what the error codes are didnt tell me lexus bristol want £65 for half hour to read codes -
Hi can anyone help me my engine warning light came on in my is200 so i took it to a local garage to be put on a diagnostic.It came up with multiple misfire on cylinders 2/3/6 he then went on to see which ones were not firing by removing the coils.He decided i needed new coils on the three cylinders so i bought them £115 each,he fitted them but engine still misfiring.So he checks compression on each cylinder which turned out ok.Then he checks for corrosion on the plugs for the injectors which are fine he also checks all the plugs which are all still sparking fine.After all this he was at a loss and dosent no what to do next this cost me the best part of £500 and do not have any money left at the moment to take it to lexus who want £115 p/h to look at it.If anyone has got any ideas that could help me because i dont want to have to get rid of it for nothing, i would be very gratefull.

Hi can anyone help me i have a is200 03 reg i took it to a garage because engine warning light came on , he put it on diagnostic and it came up with multiple misfires on cylinders 2/3/5 so he decided it needed new pencil coils on all 3 350 quid later its worse than it was before.so he checked compression on all the c ylinders which is fine and all plugs are sparking.He now thinks its something to do with the ecu not giving the correct firing order. Can anyone offer me any advice as i have run out of money and lexus want £110 p/h to look at it and cant aford that at the moment many thanks -
