The car is an SE. How do you check which sounds system its got you mention an 8 speaker system in the SE however i dont believe mine has eight speakers. i can only recall the Parcel shelf speakers the front doors and the tweeters near the wing mirrors. And yes the sound quality is good but i think the parcel shelf speak need replacing as there is a slight buzz coming from them.

Hi All, What Wattage does the standard is200 amp run at. Is it worth replacing the standard speakers for after market ones while still using the standard headunit and amp. WIll i hear much of a difference in volume/ sounds quality? Any deatils give about the standard system would be greAT. thanks in advance.

Had loads of rain up here and the back end on mine likes to go alot, just take it easy in the rain mate. If you dont take it easy then just be ready for it to go. The traction control on the IS has minimal effect.

cheers mate thats exactly what i was after. Did you do the carbon wrap on the bottom yourself? if so which did you use and was it relativley easy to do without getting bubbles?

if it is can they be removed with no adverse affect? can they be bent back so they no longer touch?

Recently replace my discs and pads (Identical replacements) now when i go round a tight corner i get what i can only describe as a rubbing noise, anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this? i can see anything out of the ordinary.

HI all, im thinking about buying a front lip for my IS200 however i am struggling to find a UK based stockist. Not looking for anything to aggressive or to low. Must look good without skirts aswell. any ideas where i might find one. Found a couple nice ones through ebay but the shipping costs from outside the UK/Europe push the price up far to much. Any ideas / help would be good. cheers in advance
