  1. You need some additional brackets ... but it can be done.
  2. Talk to some of the other members, for instance Norkep ... It will cost much more (and you may come across many pitfalls) to put a Supra engine in a GS, than replace all the Toyota emblems on an Aristo ... You may end up spending GBP1x,xxx on conversion parts and service ... Also ... your car may spend it entire life in the shop ... If you go for an Aristo TT ... you can use it while modding ... and feeling the improvements of every single part ... that feels soooo good And the engine of the Supra is the same as that of the Aristo, officially the Aristo TT is 280 hp (as is the JDM Supra), ... but in practice... 280hp is an understatement :P
  3. i heard that the LS400/ UCF20 4-pot calipers will fit the stock IS/GS rotors. However, depending on your existing rims you may need spacers.
  4. I guess that many people are waiting for a good deal on those :P
  5. lol ... get a big brake upgrade!
  6. the chrome slats are just rubbish ... use some thinner, take your grille off and just take out the paint of the grille. underneath it is chrome plastic...
  7. what version are you looking for? ProlexUK has a very nice MK1 exhaust
  8. Koni Yellows are not coilovers ... but merely stiffness adjustable shocks, not height adjustable shocks. Also, most Koni shocks will require you to remove the shock, before you can adjust the stiffness. It you want a good ride (comfortable) then stick to the Koni + Eibach. If you track your car often, then install the TRD coilovers. These offer height and stiffness adjustability, but are a little too stiff for normal street driving.
  9. Just replace them although the manufacturer may say that the sparkplug can go up to 100,000 kms, i normally replace these every year. You will really feel the difference!
  10. PBR is the same as Axxis or Repco. They all get their pads from Bendix Australia. I personally would go for the Mintex Red Box or Mintex M1144 for even better stopping power.
  11. Check for worn balljoints and warped brake rotors ... these are one of the most common problems.
  12. Was hit by a truck a few days ago. The driver did not look out Sooooo .... i should use this opportunity to redo my paint ... and get a nice bodykit
  13. VW recently did a comparison compared a Touran with an experimental hybrid vs a CDI and the results were that the turbodiesel had a much better efficiency and better performance... so the conclusion is ... if you can pick a turbodiesel ... it will be the better choice B)
  14. The RX400h only makes sense if you do a lot of city miles ... A hybrid is only efficient when it makes many stops when it accumulates power...
  15. To what i know ... the kit that you have and the Rotora are the same and are based on a Brembo caliper design.
  16. The kit that Paul has are the same calipers as the very popular Rotora calipers
