    Kit is 'new' (which means 'never fitted'). But looks like the old (very old) MK1 TTE Airbox. Could be that it was laying around several years. Don't know about that. Tubing is checked. S/C delivers exactly 0,38bar. Think it is pointing out that there is a problem with the black ECU. Will post a pic of the bypass as soon as possible...

    Got myself a Mac again :D One of my best decisions within the last 15 years. Had a Macintosh SE decades ago and now I am soooo glad I did it again! Sold everything. My tower, my server, my notebook... got rid of Windows.... and have not had any problem in working with my Mac. And thats only a 2gig Macbook (not Pro at all!). It's a big step for mankind.. but only a small step for a individualist who already drives a Lexus :D

    Hi, a friend of mine just installed his TTE s/c kit. Everything worked out well but we have a strange problem. From start it goes very well.. until it reaches 4000 rpm. The engine becomes extreeme powerless and won't run higher revs. What could this be? Faulty ECU (black) connection or incorrect bypass setting? Someone here who had a similar problem with this kit? PS: Something that is strange is that the bypass looks slightly different from what I know from TTE Bypasses. There is a different spring installed. Not the same like on my supercharger...

    Hmm thinking of getting rid of the sound proofing which sits in the standart tte-airbox... Would this work a bit?

    Hi, they are totally the same like normal reg plates... but done in tracing plastic. It sits on a glowing panel which is enlighted by white LEDs at the bottom. They also have a reflective coating like mentioned here. So that they could be clearly seen when they are turned off. You can sense the coating on the second picture. Its the fine pattern you see. If they are really done by TVR... get in contact with them. They could print the reg plate. You could buy the glowing frame from 3m for 69 euros... ----edit Just asked the seller here in Germany. He can't provide you with UK-spec registration plates...

    Think so.... yes... and I don't know if they can do yellow numberplates. but worth a try. just ask him...

    so you supply your reg number and they supply the plate and the frame??? ---> yes, its a complete set. but I don't know if they can do a UK-spec licence plate (yelllow?). but feel free to ask the seller.. then its just a case of drilling a hole and attaching to a power feed? --> yes, thats all :) Is the front the same??--> No, sorry, its only for the rear :)

    Seller is "kennzeichen24": http://stores.ebay.de/Kennzeichen24 The plate is done in plastic and is the same in size and lettering like the normal ones. I ordered it with my reg number I already had in tin plate.. The frame with the LEDs is easy to fit. But I had to drill a hole for the wiring. The frame is needed to get a homogen enlightment through the reg plate.

    Like VW Phaetons it is now allowed in Germany to change cars rear registration plate by a self illuminating plate. It's looking very cool and is high quality by Scotch 3m. I'm not sure if its allowed outside Germany. But it should be soon. Got the whole set incl numberplate from ebay.de for 110 Euros A little movie clip. Please rename from MOV to .3gp. In streamripper goto options and "add sequence numbers to track" Start rippin' All other stations: ShoutCast Go and have a beer or 10.. Have fun :) Burn the mixes down to your cds..
