  1. Thanks for all the replies guys - bought one an SE-L on the last day of August on a 56 plate approved used from Lexus Dealer. Looks very like the estonian one above - colour etc So far loving it.
  2. Thanks for the replies - I think you get it completely. LandCruiser Hybrid is probably what I really want
  3. I have recently test driven the ML, the X5 and the Touareg - but this weekend I testdrove the RX Well I must admit to being bowled over by it, I was kinda hoping to dislike it (I like the chunkier looks of the others) but as my wife will probably do more of the day to day driving of the vehicle we had to consider the Lexus as it has such good economy, especially in urban driving. Heres the requirements, we moved to a house a bit out in the sticks which means in the last two/three winters we have averaged 3/4 days stuck at home when we should be at work, I also dread a really bad winter at the moment. However we only do 8,000 to 10,000 miles per annum but a lot of this is my wife's 10mile commute into the city. We also have a couple of dogs and like to take them off the beaten track a bit for walkies. I loved the RX on test drive but having done a bit of research I was wondering, two things 1) Is it rugged enough for our requirements ? 2) After reading the forums I am seeing a lot of people complaining of Economy in the 20's mpg, (I managed to average 30mpg on the test drive and that included burying my foot in the carpet three times to see how it picks up - pretty darn good on that front isn't it !!) Thanks for sharing your experiences with me
