  2. hi guys and thanks for your reply's a bit more info, it passed it M.O.T on friday with no addvisories, so i dont think it could be bushes or anything like that??? i not sure my self, it has both the clips on the back pads that lance posted, so could be the fronts, was just a bit embarssing going down the bumpy roads, clattering about like a shed, i will get my cuz to look at front brakes as he's a mechanic for a big company, thanks for your replys.
  3. hi there just after a bit of help or if anyone has had the same, just been driving ona smooth fast road and all is well. went down one of the town streets where the road surface is terrible and it was banging and clattering like mad on the uneven road, going between 20 -30 mph, and then on the smoth road all is great and smooth again, it sounded like it was coming from the front but could not be sure, definately the passanger side. thanks
  4. hi mate. i will ask her what sequence she put in and give ya an update. thanks
  5. hi all she said she has entered some sort of sequence using the fob to dissarm the internal sensor, she locked it last night using just the one press on the remote fob because see said double locking made it go off (before she had disabled the sensor) and all is well, but no alarm, so its sort of sorted, janet, yes this only started happening to hers the last few nights randomly, but it was at night and warm? who knows. but thanks for all the replys and its sort of fixed enough she can live with it.
  6. great stuff thanks for your help mate, ill keep you posted the locking the car up like that sounds a good solution until we get to the bottom of it, thanks
  7. thanks for your quick response chris, yeah it had a new battery 1 month ago, i think we will try to dissconnect it, i was thinking maybe the battery in the fob might be low but dont know if that would cause the alarm to go off. thanks
  8. hi there my sister is having problems with the alarm on her 2003/53 is200 le auto, it has just started going off randomly throughout the night and is getting worse, just wondering if anybody has experianced the same problems, any advice would be very helpfull to us, thanks in advance. rich
