  2. Thanks Andy I thought it would look good I can't believe you fitted 15mm on front lol it looks close already do you have any issues with suspension travel as it could hit the wing now and have you got a pic m8 to get an idea please I hope I'm not being a pain I just want it to be right cheers Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  3. That's nice what drop are you currently running if you know as I don't know how low to make mine but yours looks sweet Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  4. Hi guys and gals quick question has anyone fitted spacers to their is200 with standard 17"wheels to improve the stance. I'm hoping to improve the looks a little more and I thought it would possibly make the car look a little meaner and fill the arch more but unsure on how far to go so anyone's done this or know about what size spacers I should get would be great thanks. 5. I'm sure it would be ok worst case you need to get an IS300 manual box if your IS200 box don't work Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  6. You carry on morango more power to you as I haven't got money for an engine swap just yet lol. I'm sure you would need the is300 gearbox aswell but should just bolt straight into place on car as built for it and I would of thought you could get a supercharger for an is300 too after all isint the is300 just a bored out is200 ? 7. It's something to keep in mind and that would be lovely to have a V8 lol I would do it myself as my m8 is mechanic and would help but just worries me cause it's everything like coolest pipes to gearbox would need changing can't amagin it would be cheap. Where as I spose a lot of parts are interchangeable between is200/300 engine wise. Just for rough figures how much would you want for that complete engine bud ? It's really something I would have to look into quite some detail first. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  8. I'd love to drop a is300 engine into it lol but it wouldn't be as simple as getting a engine and putting it in would it not ? I presume I'll need different loom/ecu/engine mounts/subframe etc ? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  9. Yeah that's a real good way of explaining it bud I like that. It's a shame but I cannot justify £1500-£2000 on supercharger Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  10. I get you so hardly any gain without raising the limiter or forcing more air in aswell is what your saying oh well worth the question. I bet anyone with supercharger or turbo would get a big improvement if they were to fit lol Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  11. For it to work correctly I figure I would need to tinker around with the ecu ie remap if were possible otherwise may have to get a map capable ecu for it all to work. My theory was that by increasing fuel supply the car would adjust itself and only add the more volume when in the higher rev range as the ecu monitors fuel supply Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  12. Hi all I'm always looking for cheap effective mods to customise my is200 I've heard it all before about superchargers and turbo,s so please don't reply if that's all your going to sey lol but would the injectors from an is300 (supra) fit an is200 and if so would they have a higher fuel flow then my standard one hence more fuel more power??? Also would I gain from upgrading the inlet manifold to a alloy one ? I understand we are talking small gains ppl but small gains add up please feel free to advise Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  13. Hi if they have 2 terminals that will probebly be live and earth so the bracket is just to secure the horn to car try powering them up direct from the battery first before install to see if they work. If so then just use the original horn wiring supplied Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  14. Just find out the bush dimensions and type it into Google and I bet you it's pence just pay more for a branded product is all I save loads of money doing this on all sorts of things. At the end of the day it's a rubber bush your bound to come across those specs on a different car Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  15. Ok cool it does look very nice I tinted my fogs with a vinyl wrap off eBay but didn't fancy wrapping headlights as they are very curvy lol thanks for info il look into doing same aslong as you don't mind me copying you Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  16. Have to ask gibbsy1 after seeing how nice your headlights look being blacked out how you did it? Tints or sprayed? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  17. It's ok I've made a steel bracket to go in the place of the missing left side and il Q-bond it to the splitter as that's a plastic repair kit should not need a middle one as it sits pretty snug around the bumper already Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  18. I had a bad feeling you were going to sey that lol cause the right side bracket is missing and the left one is broke off nearly why does everything on this car test my fabrication skills lol I will have to epoxy the left one then and make a plate for the right great fun Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  19. Hi got the panel it was bit scuffed so I'm painting it but overall I'm very happy with it. Any ideas on how's best to secure the middle of the panel to bumper as I see it bolts on sides but not got any brackets for middle Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC

  23. Ty I've sent him a message I doubt one will pop up on eBay I've been checking it daily for least 3months know lol it's got desperate I just like the look with either a TTE bumper or the lip extensions. Have you got the TTE kit on yours Scudney? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  24. Hi guys/gals I've been having lots of problem with bumper extensions and kits for my is200 and they all have the same thing in common they are fiberglass and from what I can tell made very poorly so I did some research and polyurethane bodykits are amazing they flex and bend crazy amounts with out cracking or worping but I can only find them in America seems that there are non in the UK that make them all I'm after is a front lip for my is200 anyone know a little more about this topic or have a nice lip for sale pretty please lol Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  25. Thanks for all your advise guys I understand it would not be huge gains but I don't expect much as we all know lexus is200,s were not built for speed lol I just want it to respond a little better under acceleration nuffin huge I'm currently bidding on a decat manifold to free up a little power and found better lol but ty to all for your advise I just love my is200 too much to part with it Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
