Good point mate. Whent and bought a new batter and is running fine again. So will just see if it does start to die

Thanks for the advise. Just a little confused as the recovery bloke said the batter was nakered. Yet a garage I took it to a day later seem yo think its the alternator. Im going to have to get them both checked again

went to the shops the other day and turnt my car off but when I tried to start it again it just made a clicking sound and wouldn't start. so had to get some one out to start it with a jump pack which they said the alternator was ok and putting a good charge back so said my battery was knackered. I had some one else look at it yesterday and they said my alternator was knackered saying its only putting out 12volts. so im a little confused

I havent yet mate need to buy some and get a new set of spark plugs. I havent had the chance to try fix it yet.

I havent the chance to sort it yet. Mine starts misfiring as soon as I start that car. Its really starting to get on my nerves now.

Hi ryan. are you any closer to finding the problem with the misfire?

I had it plugged in to a diagnostic machine today and it said random misfire then said misfire on cylinders 1, 2, 4. What do I need to solve this?

i think i have just started to get the same problem. as i was driving along yesterday the car started to missfire a feel like it isnt running smooth as it should then my engine manegment light and trc light started flashing. did u get to the bottom of the problem?

I didn't have a part number. Just ask for the anti rattle springs and the will ask if u have the wire or the Steel plate type. One of mine was hanging out so could see it. But the plates are better and not alot more

Ok thanks for the help. I want to lower it by about 30mm but like u said I dont want it to scrape on any thing. Also how much did wheels in motion charge to fit it and set it up?

Would you recommend getting the full kit then or just get some good springs? How much have you lowered your car by?

My front left shocker is leaking and the front right isn't in best condition and Lexus quoted £380 for each side so was think I would rather get it lowered then have then standard ones put bk on. So I will need the shockers as well as springs but don't want the ride to be to stiff
