Cost me £2,100 after the gold discount which was 10%, some folks will tell you to live with it or get a second hand one but for safetys sake a new one really is needed.................one helpful person suggested that i just disconnect the buzzer ...................buzzer there for a reason eh?...............sorry to be the bearer of not so good tidings -
Its probably the brake master cylinder malfunctioning, my MK II did exactly the same, all lights on, horrible buzzer noises ect..........unfortunately you have too replace the whole master cylinder with its ancilleries otherwise you wont have any traction control or stability.......................sorry its a bummer

My IIsport passed with no probs '99 model, brilliant motors 'cept for the tyre usage thay came up tops in the latest which? magazine reliability stakes (IS200/300) :D

first motor was a VW Scirocco, brilliant 4 a 17 yr old in the 80's.......1.6 eng. but sadly it rotted into the mire.........quick though and had a VDO oil temp guage ...................btw ...i thought this was 'bout your first motor, not boring lists of many previous motors one has had!

2 much, btw are the lexus chats getting a tad aggressive, i love this site and without mat McNally and Colin this place would be a waste of timw for me do yr best.

I know its pricey but having Lexus do the job would give you good peace of mind, i just paid out £2000 for a brake master cylinder.........it needed doing, second hand and refurbed stuff is a bit of a gamble IMAO :)

I think i agree, i love my unmolested GS.........if i wanted a faster motor i would buy one (and stick a V12 Ferrari badge immediately) HoHoHo

It is a very boring 'sport' played by those who want to get away from the misses for 3 hrs.........sport involves raising the heart beat above 100-120 for as long as is good. dont like it........s*x is better! :D
