I took the keys out when i do the reset! Is that make any difference?

About two hours! But pulling the fuses did not work as well! just wander what to do!? the sat nav dislpays "Please open the door" and "Please check the cd rom" and the radio: the AM works ,but the FM don't?

Hello, I bought IS200 with navigation. But the sat nav do not work and the fm radio not work! the am works fine. befor i bought the car has not been driven for a year or more! the battery was flat. I drove the car 1000 miles already and it goes fine, just this two things! I want to reset the ECU to solve this to things! I pulled out the fuses but i thing that the ECU did not reset! Then i pulled out the negative from the battery this should reset it and should lose the memory of the radio stations, but once again when connect it and start the car the memory of the radio was there. So that mean to me that the reset was not success! Any help please! Thank you!

Hi folks, My sat nav on Lexus IS200 displays this: Please open the door, Please check the CD ROM. WHat i did so far: I cleaned the disk, cleaned the laser in cd device, I reset the ecu, tried open and close the door of the device several times - nothing changed! When i take the disk out it says "Insert the disk into the cd rom. When the disk is in it display the message: Please open the door, Please check the cd rom! Does anyone knows something about this problem?? Thank you
