  1. Anyone tried the Pirelli Scorp all season. I like the idea of all season tyres but am concerned about wear. We only do about 6k miles per year and wife won't drive if over 1mm of snow on ground. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  2. Need a set of new boots, got prices from Oponeo.co.uk, supply only. Dunlop SP sport £89 (currently fitted). Pirelli Scorpion Verde ( all season) £103. Michelin Latitude Tour £109. Any recommendations welcome. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  3. All sorted, found to be a broken rod which connects sensor to rear suspension. Fortunately covered by warranty Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  4. Yes took deflectors off a long time ago, that made a bit of improvement but these bulbs are much better still. Thanks for finding them... Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  5. Just fitted lamps and yes they are a massive improvement, looking on the screen it looks like a torch lighting up the road about 15ft behind. Wish I had them sooner. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  6. Thanks Pugwash, just ordered some, got to be an improvement. I presume they don't trigger and lamp fail errors. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  7. No AFS or any other warnings showing, I have tried restarting many times but they always settle at the same high position, had prob for about 3 wks now. I am not comfy with manually adjusting as I don't know why it happened. If you speak to your Toyota dealer I would be interested as to what they say. Fortunately I am on a Lexus warranty but it is just a pain getting time to visit dealer, I was hoping there was a simple reset procedure. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  8. The issue is on dipped beam, they seem that high that they light up the inside of any cars approaching or in front and I am constantly been flashed. I can see the hex screws you mean but I don't know how much to turn to adjust correctly. I am also concerned as to how they have gone out of line so much when they should auto level. Could I have a dodgy sensor somewhere??? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  9. Yes they do their little wiggle up down and side to side as normal Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  10. Is it possible to calibrate the alignment? My headlights seem very high and I am constantly getting other drivers flashing me cos they are blinded! I am not getting any error or failure messages. Any ideas ???! Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  11. Has anyone managed to find a LED replacement? If so where from and what is the spec / part no?? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  12. Correct, remove the cover by pulling out the long clip at the bottom then just disconnect the plug, you are now on simple timed intermittent wipers as we were all used to. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  13. Does anyone know if it possible to get to the sensor to clean it or is it a sealed unit. Been quoted £475 to replace complete wing mirror assy, at that price I can live with the slight problem. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  14. Probably a faulty or loose rain sensor. If you disconnect it then the intermittent wipers work in a conventional way, ie timed not dependant on rain intensity. I disconnected mine as I prefer the timed settings anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
