Hiya All, Just a query, I decided to go Gold and did so on Friday Night. The "discount" word got the better of me. However, I am unable to log into the Gold forum. I have e-mailed Steve regarding this. (as it says) Is the administrator on Holiday or something. I havent even had any response back to say that their is a problem. I think that Honour Killings is just another name for a murder. I think people who do this sort of thing should be Punished. I am a British Muslim, Born and Bred in South London and still here. Never heard of anything Like that being told to me by my parents. Always been told Love thy Neighbour and his/her car :) On a serious note, its totally wrong and people like that give the asian community in this country a bad name. You should abide by the laws in the country you live in. Also, these are isolated cases and of the minority who maybe believe this, however its not right and should be dealt with accordingly. I have a LS400 98 S aswell. Just want to Know where is the CD box for the Sat Nav ? Its not visible in the boot. Also, did I hear correctly Lexus GB will LOAN you a Europe one. Anyone know of prices etc ? I am trying to get prices for a Dvd convertion Adaptor for the front screen. Talking to Nav-Tv in Cardiff. I asked for prices and they havent got back to me yet. Will chase him Monday Anyone Interested ? Buddz

I am getting 15MPG at the moment on a 98 S LS400 with 66,000 on it. I am talking London Traffic though here. Need to get it on the Motorway to do a good run I think. Is that too low. If so does that mean something wrong with the car ? Pls advise. Thanx Sal.

Thanx for your replies. I will take photos when the light gets better. Seems to be dull at the moment. Just a question for LS drivers. I find When in traffic sometimes I ***** the car even if I just slightly Touch the Gas pedal. Its like as if thier is a delay. Nothing serious but sometimes the car just rocket launches in trafffic. Any ideas on what it could be ?? S.

Hi all, Just wanted to intro myself. Been reading this forum for about a month now. Just want to say its so good to see how you all help each other. The pleasure you all have driving the finer things in life. Anyway, back to the best ever car I have driven. I had joined the forum before, however lost Login. I was a BMW driver for 12 years. Always a 5 series 528i, 525, 520 before and now LS400. I have to say, NO COMPARISON !! I am sure they are not suppose to be compared, even though the 5 series is a lovely car. I feel it was time for a change. Build quality is amazing on the LS400. Just a bit of advice, if you haven't driven one, Just go and test drive one. I took delivery of this from Lexus Oxford and The team thier have been really helpful. Fjord Mist in colour with the Dynamic Handling Pack (will do a car dealer review soon too) Had a few minor issues which have and are being sorted out as we speak. (nothing Major) its done 66,000 just had cam belt changed at 63,000. I could go on and on. I justed wanted to intro myself and share a smile with you all. Hope to hear from other drivers too. S. P.S. if your worried about the fuel consumption on this car then you wont enjoy it. Its like when your on holiday and your watching your spend, it defeats the object (get the idea)
