Hi there I can't seem to seperate the centre section from the cat there's a stainless plate that on the joint that the bolts go through but it looks like the bolts have a weld around them so how do I get them out if their welded?

I recently fitted a new back box no problem at all then the centre section started blowing. The problem I have is where the centre section joins to the cat the bolts appear to be welded to the stainless plate and can't get them budged any help please

problem sorted gave all four corners a good power washin just in case it was a manky sensor and resetted the ecu this mornin and all lights now gone cheers for the help guys

The gf was driving the car touched the brakes and all three lights came on and now they will nt go off
