Ice Man 1066

Ah ok I was just aiming for an extra bit of acceleration & have used induction kits in the past & found that they helped. Seeing as this is my 1st Lexus, could somebody pls advise on best ways 2 increase acceleration? Cheers, Gaz

Hiya Kyle & welcome, im also a newbie 2 the lexus world & just like u & many others, i never wanna change my car eva again unless its for a newer 1 lol. Iv got the is200 sport & its in british racing green, which used2 b my worst ever colour BUT... iv put a carbon fiber bonnet on it & it works really well :hocus-pokus: Im looking in2 an induction kit, has any1 got any tips?

Arrived & installed. Voice activation dosnt work but everything else does! It was easy to install & looks good when i put ma key in the ignition & the satnav flips up hehe

Hey all, just bought my 1st Lexus 2 days ago, iv got the is200 sport (2000). From the moment i stepped into the car, i had to have it!! Cream interior & carpets are so inviting! Love the whole interior but the drive blew me away! Really responsive & the gearbox is a dream! I know that you all have Lexuses of your own so me telling you all this is old news to you all but for me its a new expierence & i think its fair to say that im now officialy hooked hehe. Anyways, great site guys but iv gotta go now as i havnt driven my car in over an hour lol. Gaz

Ah ok thank you. Now iv gotta ask maself if i want to replace the nice pioneer head unit thats already installed for the standard unit?? Dont suppose you know if they are easy enough to come by?

Hi all, iv just bought my 1st Lexus 2day, iv got the is200 sport & im kicking myself as i should of bought 1 sooner as i love it! Anyways, it has the satnav built in but not the standard stereo. I was told (at time of purchase) that to install the satnav, i wud have to install an original head unit. is this true or can i connect it to any type of head unit??? Thanx in advance for any help.
