    My NX was purchased from Milton Keynes branch, 1 key missing which I was not informed off when I signed the paperwork, once they had my money the customer service goes out the window. I use them once a year for service which always goes smoothly.

    I remember when I visited Audi in Milton Keynes the staff members were just standing and chatting with no regard to helping customers, I stood there for a few minutes and no one approached me or made eye contact. I walked out. They probably sell so many perhaps 1 less sale won’t effect their profit margin.

    I have set mine to raise half way to avoid it hitting the garage door. It’s pain on the back when I load and unload items but at least it avoids damage to the body work. Those Japanese engineers think of every detail 😃

    My windscreen on my Mercedes had a small chip about 2cm from the edge at the top, it must have been from a stone I presume. When I called to get it repaired I was told it was too close to the edge and could not be repaired, I was then told of the need to have the camera realigned after so I simply left it alone. Fast forward a year and when washing the car on what was a hot day the cold water on a hot screen was enough to crack the screen. The crack originated from the chip all the way to the bottom of the windscreen.

    No did not purchase from them. They were very crafty they advertised a car for sale that was a future part exchange against a new nx that the owner was buying. So trying to sell a car they did not have. There was no movement in price and when I mentioned I was promised 3 years servicing from another dealer there was again no movement. Shame I wanted a car with ivory interior as well . If you do go for a premium model you will have a mark levinson music system which was the only reason I wanted a premium model.

    Is it for sale at Lexus Leicester, they are hard to budge on prices or even on extras, my experience anyway

    Could it be something like stopping the sunshine causing a reflection and stopping the hud being seen clearly. It’s a guess though

    I have contacted a Lexus dealer and asked if they sell cat locks for an NX and was told that there was no issues with the NX. If you want to see the underneath of a NX see this video .

    You may need to find out if it’s a genuine Lexus windscreen. When I had the windscreen changed on my Mercedes there was a reason it had to be genuine Mercedes windscreen and I can’t recall why. It may have been that Mercedes would not calibrate the camera if it was on a non-Mercedes windscreen. My screen was exchanged by a different company not auto glass
