Hi I bought a 2009 RX400h on the 8, 8, 13 and have been very pleased with the car however, I recently went on holiday for two weeks and parked in the 'meet and greet' car park in Manchester airport.
On returning the car had to be started using jump leads as the battery was below that to turn over the motor.
I inquired at Lexus Cheshire Oaks and the service gentleman said yes this is a common problem with Hybrids. He checked the battery state and it was satisfactory but every time I leave the car for two weeks I am expecting to have to boost the battery before it starts, this will mean a breakdown attendance.
Has anyone experienced similar issues and is there a solution??
