  1. jesus *****, keep ya pants on. you've been answered above you may want to swap ur pram for a car you want my car dont you answer me maggit   seeing as you asked me a question, i figure it's only polite that i give you a reply. no, i don't want your car. i don't like your grille. i don't like your engine (or i'd have bought an IS). i don't like your automatic gearbox, and i definitely don't like your cheap, mass produced wheels. i don't like your arch gap, i don't like your limo-spec rear tints but front windows that look clear as day, resulting in your car looking like a van. i don't like your chavvy looking logotastic numberplate. i'll stick with my lighter, quicker, more rare, more exclusive car that i wanted in the first place, which isn't covered in ten a penny halfords mods that would make me ashamed to leave my drive in it. i normally don't slate other peoples cars, because everyone has their own perception on what looks good, but you seem like an out and out c-unit so i couldn't really care less what you think. next time that you want to get me involved in your childish name calling, try learning to use the internet first, so 1. i can see pictures of your car or whatever else you're making an ill-spelt reference to without going through your profile, and 2. you can see when i last logged in and realise i haven't been online since you last spat your dummy out about nothing whatsoever. i was out fitting coilovers to my car today, enjoying it, instead of refreshing the internet to see whether anyone had responded to my insults. that's why i didn't answer you. answer a question for me and everyone else here.... with the fact you've just joined up and don't seem to have noticed that people on forums tend to speak to each other like human beings, or get banned, did you even do the mods to your car yourself? or did you buy it like that, stroke your ego a bit, beat your meat into oblivion over the only modified is200 you've ever seen and then post it up thinking you were god himself and hope everyone on here would think so too? oh, and just to add to the topic and the things most people have been saying.... i'll post up pics of my car if you want. and my last car, which i built from standard including an engine swap and various other things. guess what, that had a magazine feature too... i'll post that as well if you like. we can add both of them to the list of cars on here that are better than yours. :) mods, sorry if my reply went outside of the rules, i just figured... well, you can see lol oh, and beast - pram? where did you get that from? best reply i have read for a long time :D should we close this thread , or wait for a reply ?

  4. That wasn't called the "limited edition" though :P yes it was, and it was actually limited to 50 or so cars I might be wrong here so apologies if I am, but I'm sure the yellow one was called the IS200 Amarillo (based on the car being in Amarillo Yellow) Only the grey one that came out in 2004 was called the IS200 (and IS300) limited edition. Obviously they were both technically limited editions, but only one was given the actual name "limited edition" :) the yellow model was a limited edition, having only 50 or so made, but not called it by model name, the grey model although called a limited edition was not limited in numbers made, and was introduced to get rid of the model as the new models were due out both sales gimmicks !

  6. yep ! try the M25 you get the lorry lane then the coach lane then the "I am going to do 60mph and not change lanes" lane then you get the "I am going to do the top speed of this car" lane driving in Europe really shows what bad driving we have on our motorways ;)

  14. EEk, so if I end up with an L imprinted in my forehead, the Mrs and kids aint gonna be able to get out of the car without someone pressing the tiny button the other side of my slumped body :s they may stay locked but they should be openable from the inside, although if the child locks are on the rears they wont why dont you try it out ? obviously miss the part about crashing out

  18. the OEM lamps are optimum for light levels, any change in colour would be detrimental to that be careful changing lamps to cheap ebay ones, they could destroy the ballast units and that will cost a lot to replace
  19. TRD all round sorry no idea of part numbers
  20. "the old garage" is that not the one that ceased trading recently ! you need to do more than presume its guaranteed, see who is exactly offering the guarantee is it an established company with a good reputation and lots of liability insurance is it an insurance backed guarantee
  21. yep loblocks ask the seller how many cylinders/sparkplugs it has ! the AS200 has 6 all AS200's came with the beams 2000 logo on the air filter, probably just to replace the lexus logo ! yamaha only tuned the 3sge, they redesigned the cylinder head, naming it beams (breakthrough engine with advanced management system)
