If only yours was black! I just don't want another Plat Ice IS200. Thanks anyway. Cheers
  3. Very nice...... mileage is a bit high for what I was looking for though. Thanks anyway.
  4. Possibly.... Any images ? Mileage ? Year ? etc...
  5. Thanks m8, Nice motor, but not exactly what I'm looking for. This'll be the most expensive motor I've ever bought, so it needs to tick all the boxes. I had a look at Lexus Edinburgh too, but nothing there either. Although, I might give Ian a phone tomorrow to see what he can come up with, if anything.... but to be honest, I'd rather buy private.
  6. By the way..... I'm not wanting an IS300. I prefer manual :D
  7. I thought SteveAudio had began stripping his back to standard? ← Anyone got a link to SteveAudio's IS ? Not my ideal colour, but of what I've heard, definately worth a look! I've searched his username, but the only pic I can find is the one on his avatar. Cheers
  8. Hi guys, I'm sure a few of you will remember me I sold my old IS200 about 10 months ago to put an injection of cash into my business www.elitepcsystems.co.uk Here is an image of my old IS200 Sport: or http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...e&CODE=12&CID=9 Anyway, back on topic, I have 21.5k burning a hole in my pocket and I am after another IS200 Sport. I'm not after a new one, but I would prefer either a blue or black one and must have SatNav. Styling kits and tasteful mods I'd look at too. Ideally, I'd like to spend about 19k on a black nearly new IS200 Sport with SatNav, leaving me a good couple of grand to spend on 18" alloys and a s/s exhaust. Anyway.... I'm glad to be back... and looking forward to being a Gold Member again. Any feedback appeciated and I am really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of an IS200
  9. Ok, next year. I think camping would be best. That is what is all about. Just like Glastonbury. :winky: No hotels there....
  10. Hi mate, I'm currently selling my 2000 W Reg Lexus Sport, it has only done 35,000 miles, has brand new 18" alloys on it and a few other bits. You are welcome to carry out any inspection. I've put it on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...&category=50175 If you have any more questions, e-mail me: william@elitepcsystems.co.uk
  11. 18 GRAND!!!! Fu :tsktsk: n' Hell!! My Lex only cost £12k If could just my wife's face, if I told her I was gonna spend £18k on watching a F1 race. Well more like her shoe coming towards my head :duh: :yack:
  12. The 1 colour I avoid is white! Sorry guys ;)
  13. I've had black motors before m8.... I prefer them B)
  14. Hopefully will look similar to this, but with 19's etc.... I will be buying the Lex from Ian @ Lexus Edinburgh. Not sure of what style 19"'s to go for, but they will be different to the 18's I had on my old IS. Anyway.... I will keep you all updated to my progress in this thread.
  15. Even although I have sold my currrent IS200 Sport, (very sad to see it go) however, I have already made plans for my next IS200 which I plan to buy round about Aug / Sep 04. By that time, I will have sold my current cars (less the wife's) and I will also have a garage to keep the IS in. I will have a budget of £30k this time, so it's gonna be a good un! See signature for planned mods. My next IS200 will be black, and I hope to have the best IS in Scotland. So watch out @ the next meeting in Edinburgh.
  16. A tent and a crate of Budweiser will do me There is still 3 months to go before this years race. That's loads of time to organise the trip :winky:
  17. The British Grand Prix works out more expensive believe it or not Le Mans is a far better & cheaper idea, I think
  18. I'm currently in the process of trying to organise a LOC club event to go and watch the Le Mans 24 Endurance Race on Jun 12/13, as I've always wanted to go and watch this since I was a kid, but never been able to find the time or money. So I though if there was a good few LOC members all going, this would save a bit of cash. I can start organising mini-buses etc... if there is enough interest from members. I was thinking that all the Scottish members could meet @ Lexus Edinburgh on the Friday (11th) and then drive down through England picking up LOC members from various motorway service stations in the minibuses. I read recently that it would cost £99 for race entry and your tent pitch. Another option is £349 for race entry and use of a chateau for the weekend, but I'm Scottish, so I ain't paying that The tent option sounds good to me, and if people are sharing tents, that will also bring the cost down. I will look into costs more, if there are enough people interested. P.S. I will be bringing a huge crate of Lager!! Anyway, let me know what you think guys?
  19. I have Avon ZZ1's on mine. Best there is! Nuff said :shutit:
  20. Yep, sounds like the starter motor to me. If it's a manual, try and jump start it....let it run for 15 mins, then switch it off. If it still does the same thing, it's the starter.
  21. :tsktsk: That pic is bigger than I thought Sorted now though :)
