    Hello I called Lexus Roadside Assistance to see if last years direct debit was still active and I was told by the lady on the phone, there was no more Direct Debit as Lexus had stopped it for everyone due to complaints and now and only card payment via phone or online was now accepted. Is this accurate and also, why would Lexus stop taking Direct Debit, as I thought it would be easier for them as a company? thanks Jason

    With winter coming on in the UK, my 2016 RX450h has 3 tires with 4mm of tread and the fourth nearly new (this is how bought it earlier in the year ). Should i re-shod the wheels in case snow arrives or do you think 4mm will see me out till the early spring? thanks Jason

    Herbie is right.. RX450h.. I had a RX400h like you did for 8 years. Now I'm in the 450, its a magical experience: Ride is leagues ahead of the 400, as is steering and power delivery and the technology is brilliant.. No contest ... get one as quick as you can.

    hi. It was mentioned to me at Lexus Birmingham that the Lexus Essentials servicing for older cars has been stopped. Now only this Relax thing exists.. I was told about a monthly payment plan, but I'm still not sure the saving is all that great; I think it saves you £180 if you pay monthly. If it was a saving of £400 it might be better

    hi, just interested to know what you mean by asking the Lexus Dealer to make the registration? I'm registering myself.. can the dealer do it too, and why would they? thanks

    hello I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 that i wanted to use in my RX with wireless charger. A couple of questions: 1: Do I have to take the phone out of it's case in order to recharge it? 2. Does anyone use an adapter from amazon to convert non wireless charging phones into wireless compatible? thanks Jason

    hi. I'm trying to connect to my Lexus Portal via my Samsung phone in my RX450h 2016. Does username and password refer to the login credentials when i signed into Lexus Portal? I tried writing in my email address when sitting in the car, but there weren't enough spaces to write my full email, which left me confused... thanks in advance Jason

    Yes, it's normal. On my RX 450h mine creak. I thought its the antilock braking. It's done it on all the Lexus loan cars I have ever had too, so it doesn't bother me

    hello I was tempted to register on the Lexus portal so I can try out the features with my RX450h. I know a bit about computers, but was wondering what other owners thought about the potential security issues of using the Lexus portal in the car? Could the car potentially be hacked and stolen or somehow disabled mechanically, like ransomware? I know I'm probably being paranoid, but thought I'd ask what others thought. Thanks Jason

    Hi I've had my RX450h 2016 reg for a month now (before that i had a RX400h for 8 years.) Just been looking at the hybrid battery recharge display while driving and noticed the traction battery only seems to get three quarters full. I haven't driven it regularly with the hybrid display on, so may have missed it reaching full. I seem to remember my RX400h reaching full then turning green. Thanks

    hello As a disabled person I was looking for an extendible car brush that bends at two sections to enable me to wash the cars roof from the ground without getting on a ladder... ( I can't physically stand on a ladder anyway ). Does anyone have any leads as to brands or makes of brushes? thank you

    Hello sir. Hope your well. I used to have an Autochair Olympian hoist in my Lexus RX400... now i have changed the car to a Lexus RX450 2016 I am considering my options on either re-fitting my old hoist that i took off my old car or getting a new installation. I'm a bit wary about using people other than the Autochair fitters due to their obvious expertise , but I don't think Autochair will entertain installing an old arm and A-frame, but i have yet to call them and confirm. These people who fitted yours seemed to know what they are doing and i might email them to see what they think about fitting it into a RX450

    hello just a thought. Have you trained the voice recognition by going through the tutorial on the screen? This significantly improves voice command system performance.

    hello Just got my RX 450 2016 plate and I love it. Just a query. I used the windscreen wipers for the first time and I initially thought the drivers side wiper was actually slapping / hitting the window frame on the upstroke, but on further looking I think all thats happening is that its reaching the top of its travel and making a slapping sound Any other RX 450 2016 owners had similar experience? I had a RX400h 2007 before. thanks

    hello, on my old Lexus IS 200 that i used to have, i had a CD that stuck in the changer same as you.. if i remember correctly, i left it in for a few days and then one day i turned on the ignition and started the car and pressed eject and it came out!.. So maybe it's worth waiting a few days to see if it unsticks when you turn the car on. Hope it works.
