I am presuming you have a tape player in the 430? I use a tape connector made by Sony in both my LS 400 and my SC430. Tape goes into tape slot and connector goes into earphone socket on phone/mp3 player. Available on Amazon at £11.10. Beware though there is a clear plastic protector on the tape head that you have to remove. It is very difficult to see but does not sound good with this in place. 😊 Good Luck.

Thank you for the replies to my query. In particular thank you to Colin M. Watling appear an excellent company, I would definitely recommend them. I phoned Wednesday afternoon and the towbar was delivered Thursday morning. It is hopefully being fitted next week. June
