i have 99 reg is200 and i want to change the colour of the instrument panel from orange to white, does anyone know what bulbs and where to get them in the uk?

hi there, I have just bought an is200 se '99 reg and it's by fsr the single nicest car ive ever dtiven but i want to get some of the small scratchs touched up but the paint code is 1c0 which is silver but mine looks silver/bronze is this the right code?
