I sometimes have to press the start button two or three times before the car will start the garage i take it to said theres nothing wrong has anyone any ideas

I've had to replace front brake discs on my lexus is 250 se two years running im a careful driver and only use car at weekends is this common or is there a problem any advice would be much appreciated
