I would highly recommend the 300h, I came from a 3.0l Audi A5 quattro sport, remapped, 0-60 in 4.6 secs..... ..... I love my lexus, to the point I have just done an Advert promoting it for Lexus.... .... buy it, you will love it.

Hi guys.... Long story short its awful! Its my only issue with my new car. Even on volume 50+ its quite quiet, I wouldn't say it ever gets loud. Its also very tinny in sound.... Any ideas? Mines the Exec model so think it comes with a fairly basic stereo. On my old car I had a 12-1 surround Bang and Olphson system, I know its going to be hard to beat but I thought it would be better than this..l

Welcome mate! I just bought a is300h for the same reasons! I had a 3.0l Audi A5 and it drank fuel no end! My IS was brand new last week, still got a full tank almost! By now in the Audi I would have put £80 in Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC

That is true. However this is the first time I have experienced this, in the past few years I have bought a £20k BMW and a £25k Audi, and both times been disappointed by the service.

I wanted to share my experience of buying my new car from hedge end lexus dealership. It was a massive impulse buy, I'd not even considered Lexus before walking through the dealership doors and I didn't even discuss it with my girlfriend! Being in my early 20's when I visit a main dealer I never get approached seemingly being prejudged before the sales person even speaks to me. NOT at Lexus! Agi approached me and asked about my lifestyle and gave me a range of options and ranges to suit. I narrowed it down to two cars and was offered immediate test drives in both. Loving the IS300h she went through available stock and found one to the exact spec I wanted.... The executive edition in white with black interior. The decision was made and now all I had to do was decide whether to discuss it with my other half.... I DIDNT! The dealer was so good I signed the paperwork there and then! The whole process from pre sales to handover was faultless. Agi was great, did not prejudge on my age and provided me with a fantastic deal and vehicle to suit my needs and lifestyle. Thanks! It's an amazing car so far! Driven 100 miles and it still shows as 598 miles on the cruising range. Sound nice, very refined! I actually went to buy a CT200h but HATED it.
