It's got a key and now a fob that works the Central locking

Oh and it's s@@t on fuel haha

The keyless entry doesn't work and I cannot communicate with the Immo 😳 to try re learn the key or add a spare the key world to start the car without touching it on the start switch but central locking doesn't work from either fob or button on door Handle 😭

Hi mate thanks for the reply, Yea I don't have to hold the key to the switch it works wirelessly I only have 1 key at the moment and can't add a key as there is no communication with the Immo :( The blade also Fits the door

Hello! Ok so i bought my is220d on Saturday morning. The fob and button on the door didn't work but the car has a separate fob fitted to work the central locking. I checked the battery in the key and it was the wrong one so I've fitted the correct battery and now when i press the button on the door the key flashes as it should BUT doesn't open or lock etc. Ive tried to add a new key but get no communication with the smart entry system, as if its been cut out for the fobs to be wired in any one else had this problem?
