Only if ordered by the original buyer, PF Jones do a Wesfalia bar and dedicated electrical kit ( what Lexus fit for a premium) and will fit on your drive if needed. That's who did my towbar.

PF jones fitted my tow bar on my 450H SE-L with air suspension so I don't know why they wont fit one. This was over 2 years ago. PS just looked on the website and they do one for air suspension and they offer fitting service.

Just a guess but a pen holder that doesn't rattle.

As Herbie says, price is way over the top. I fitted a Nextbase cam to the front and rear and it was easy. Needed the removal of some trim from the doorsills to route the rear cam but very easy. OK the rear cam cable doesn't got via the boot flexible tube but it wasn't worth the hassle, it just dangles down a bit when the boot is closed. It records both front and rear in 1080p to an SD card. The two cameras were £150 total.

Not bothered doing anything. I have music on 6 PM3 CDs and a USB stick full of it. If I want the radio I listen to R2 on DAB or FM.

The aerial is in the top left hand corner of the windscreen, it's crap. Mine only gets BBC programs and then not very well. The method of scanning for channels is not very intuitive. My wife's 68 Yaris is far better.

I had a 400h before the latest car and did both sided myself as when I read the Lexus instruction the first line said remove the engine and transmission, naturally knowing the cost of Lexus dealers I had a go  myself. It was a nightmare to do, you have to jack up the engine after undoing the mounting bolts and then drop the subframe until it's hanging on be a thread. Only then can you remove the engine mount to get at the front two bottom arm bolts. 

Had mine done at Lexus Bolton, no specialists in my area. Costs a bit more but work is guaranteed. 

I fitted one to my old 400h, I seem to recollect that you lined it up and then slid it forward and it clicked into place.

I wouldn't bother, the cost of a Lexus disc is more than the cost of a good satnav, and the operating system in the Lexus is rubbish. You can't even put in a full post code.

Because they don't use real world conditions, NEDC (Not Even Darn Close) is lightyears away from what you will get and WLTP is not much better. Look up Honest John for a nearer figure. I get  30 t0 35.

Last weekend I did a 200 mile trip south on the M6 M5 and on to Swindon, I filled up before going and averaged 36.4 for the trip. I did the same for the way back 2 days later, same roads etc and got 33.5. It varies from day to day, but I always knew that the UK sloped down to the south he he.

Just replaced all 3 batteries in the fobs and key card, the fobs take a 1632 and the key card takes a 2412 for my fobs and card.

Never managed it on my 400h when I had it. What I had to do was close the mirrors, switch off then release the switch so that when I turned the car on the mirrors folded out.

The Lexus/Westfalia detachable will requires the rear bumper cutting, as will all the others, the rear tray extends too far forward. If the undertray is all black You wont notice it. Mine has a sliver over cover so it's a bit more noticeable.

Mine cuts out below 26 mph or when the wipers go on fast speed, both give a double beep and display radar ready.

The lighting switch on my 450 h has off, auto, side and main selections.

Anyone know the length of the push rod for the front ride height sensor? I make it somewhere between 160 to 180 mm, can anyone confirm this?

I had a 400h before the 450 I have now, fitted the tow bar to the 400 myself, a bit of a fiddle with the wiring but managed it. I had a Westfallia detachable bar fitted to my 450 by PF jones, they did it on my driveway. Both vehicles tow my 1700kg caravan without any issues. As has been said fuel consumption is not great while towing but this is offset by good economy (for a vehicle of this size) when not towing. I've had three discos a Merc ML270 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee before the Lexus and The Lexus are the best overall.

I gave the car a good spray with fly killer as I saw one buzzing about the car and it's not done it since, so it must be that.

My alarm has gone off three times today, is there a way of finding out what triggered it? I checked all the widows etc and all is OK.

No, just the premier models.

The rear one connects to the front one and the cable its long enough to run it trough the door seals and top of windscreen 

I can make some pictures on Monday 

I've got the same setup, very easy to DIY fit, the rear camera is very small and is stuck to the rear window with an adhesive pad, so wont fall off. I ran the cable behind all the boot trims and then along the door sill covers and up to the front camera concealing it behind the door seals.

My owners manual has all the fuses and locations along with a description of what they protect.
