    Hi Marok Thanks for your reply, I am not sure if the 2000 GS300SE will fit my 2006 Model, I spoke to my engineer who said the numbers on both transmission should be the same, I will try and get the number on my transmission and see if it will match yours. Thanks again for your responce. Jimbar

    Hi All I have just found out after I bought a used lexus GS300 2006, that I need a new transmission box. Please can anyone help with where I can find any used or refurbished Lexus GS300 transmission. Thanks
