  1. Hi Kevin, I also have a 400h, I have mine serviced at Lexus Stoke, on the first service they initially refused to give a discount, however they relented and gave 15% Subsequent servicing I remind them of the discount before they do any work, show the card. If they refuse a discount go elsewhere, check out the Lexus owners club website, some dealers give as much as 20%!. Card is good at Halfords 15%. hope you enjoy your 400h. Archie
  2. Hello Archie B from Crewe, Cheshire. I recently retired, a little early!, and had to find a replacement to 40 years of company cars. Tried the usual 3 series beemers, Volvos etc and they all did nothing for me, I needed something different from a business car. I saw the RX400h (now known as sexy Lexi with the big hips!) at a used car dealer in Northwich, had a test drive and loved it. There is full Lexus service history, 92,000 miles, great condition and it fitted all requirements, plus the dog is delighted. I have come across a small? Problem, leaking water pump. I have a warranty, phew, seems this leak is fairly common. What I had not realised is my usual local, and good garages will not touch the RX because of the hybrid systems so I have booked it into Lexus, Stoke. I found the owners club when researching Lexus costings and discovered discounts on parts and labour, as Mr.Tesco says, every bit helps! As I am new to forums I will eventually get the hang of it.
