Hi guys Has anyone managed to get clear rear fog lights for their SportCross??? I've got a pair that I had on my previous IS200se saloon and thought I had nothing else to do but fit them to the SportCross but they don't fit!!!!! I was just wondering if anyone out there has fitted a set to their SportCross and if so, how did they manage it?? Thanks in advance guys for any comments...

The confusion seems to be coming from the fact that the guide is showing a seperate relay and the timer board I have purchased has a relay already connected. This is throwing up some confusion with regards to what wires go where and exactly how to wire this board into the existing wiring on the car. Hi guys Been reading up on the Wing Mirror Auto Closure Guide below:- http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/tutorials/article/135-wing-mirror-auto-closure-guide/ What I'd like to know is where can I buy the commercial timer that is used in the guide or something that will do the same job?? I'm fairly confident with the wiring in of the part but not too sure about making up my own timer. If I could just buy the parts that I need it would be so much easier. Not too sure if somewhere like Maplin sell these timers or if they are available on EBay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance folks...

Looking for specific SportCross parts unfortunately. In particular, the 2 roof mouldings that go from front to back. Need them finished in Platinum Ice. The ones on the car just now are warped and a bit ill fitting. Dread going to Lexus for a price to be honest. Would be good if I could get a decent set from a scrap SportCross but the car is getting to be quite rare now.

Think you guys might be right. Does look a bit more complex than I'd hoped for. Does anyone know if these brackets are available via Lexus themselves or does the armrest come as a complete kit with all the parts?? Would be good if I could buy just the parts I need. Does anyone know the part numbers that make up the armrest assembly??

Hi guys Just a quick post to see if anyone can help with letting me know what the standard speaker sizes are in the IS SportCross?? There are 8 speakers in total, (2 x front door upper, 2 x front door lower, 2 x rear boot and 2 x rear headlining) and also a subwoofer tucked away in the boot but I'm not worying too much about this. I'm pretty sure the fronts will be the same as in the saloon but I'm not too sure about the rears as the rear of the saloon has a set of 6 x 9's on the rear shelf that obviously the SportCross doesn't have. Thanks in advance folks.....

Is there a version of the workshop manual out there that's available for Mac's that doesn't rely on Internet Explorer?? Even the versions that are available on CD from EBay are all reliant on Windows and Internet Explorer...

Hi guys I'm looking to do a HID headlight conversion on my 2003 IS Sportcross. What I want to know is what exactly do I need to buy and what wattage of kit is best for getting the car through an MOT??? Can anyone out there recommend a company who sells kits or are the kits available on eBay just as good?? Do I buy a kit just for the headlights or is there a recommendation to do all lights at the front of the car( side, headlight and fog)?? Hi guys I'm looking to replace the factory head unit on my 2003 IS Sportcross and want to know what exactly I need to purchase to do this?? I'm looking to replace the head unit with an all in one Sat Nav, CD, iPod, Bluetooth unit like the Alpine Navigation units and want to know what additional leads, if any, I would require?? Is there any additional problems I need to worry about with regards to the Sportcross having more speakers than the saloon models?? I'm hoping this is a fairly straightforward modification but I am prepared for this being a bit more complicated than I am expecting. Hi guys Can anyone shed any light on a problem I have with the Traction Control my IS SportCross?? Basically, it doesnt seem to be working!!!!! It is as if I have turned it off but I haven't!!! The switch seems to be working fine in that it dispalys on the dashboard TRC OFF when I press it to turn it off and the SNOW button seems to be working fine in that it displays SNOW on the dash board and you feel the car calm down when the button is pressed. Upon exiting a roundabout in the wet yesterday, the back of the car decided it wanted to meet the front!!! No lights on the dashboard came came on when this happened. I would have expected the Slippage light to come on to let me know there was a loss in traction but this wasnt the case. As I said, it's like I've turned the TRC off but havent!!! I've plugged an OBDII code reader into the car but it returned with no codes. Could it be a problem with the TRC/ABS Module unit or the sensors or something else??? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in adavnce.....

Hi guys I'm looking to see if anyone out there can give me rough idea of the cost of a complete luggage cover (both cover parts and all fitments) for my IS SportCross?? I'm hearing some horror stories of upwards of £500!!!! How can this be justified if true?? The SportCross was only available for a short period of time and to ask that kind of price is shocking!!! I take it that it would be worthwhile getting the geometry set up to the WIM settings to prevent excessive inner tyre wear???
