Tonns of snow here in Italy (Modena). Can't get out of my parking! And driving my IS (without snow tires or chains) is quite impossible! Sob, I've to wait another two days, driving my brother's Nissan March, which is FR. crybaby:

My own experience with overseas shipping: high shipping costs and a broken Altezza front grill. I've repaired it myself, but be aware. The seller was Procarparts (ebay stores). Avoid him. All ok instead with my clear fog lights (seller was Proexhaust), that i have bought for only $18 plus $20 shipping. :) About the Vizages, I've heard that it can be deformed for a cheaper shipping, then "reformed" leaving it on the floor a few days (an urethane characteristic).

But I've asked him, and for a set of 17" wheels he will ship for 250 dollars to Italy. Not a cheap shipping, but chips wheels... And if i remove tires from the auction, i save a bit money... just because Nankang are not very good, you told me. Probably i'll head for a set of Michelin or Pirelli. MIK

Ok... Nankangs are not good at all. Message received... Now I'll search an ulr, the seller has got many models of 17" and 18" wheels. Has got a set of chome 20" too, at the "chips" price of USD 999! Wow! Wait for a new post... in a few hours. MIK

No, for the 17". But the price for the 18" is something like $700 for wheels+tires. I like these too: I love chrome. Someone chromes me!

Hi, I've posted this topic because i recently found a set of Ikon alloy wheels dressing 4 215/45/17 Nankang tires at a very low price: in euro, for both rims and tires, the price is 550. Incredible. :) Look at them: And tires: They will fit any of these Lexus models: Lexus ES300 Lexus IS200 Lexus IS300 Lexus LS400 Lexus LS430 Lexus SC Coupe A friend of mine told me that Nankang is a pretty tire, expecially good on wet but not very durable. Need a change after 20.000km... MIK'82

Thanks to all, expecially Fidgits for the exhaust hint. Probably I'll start from a "silent" one, like a HKS SuperDrager. I don't like the "wwwwhooooooooo" on motorway travels... Two years ago my car was a red Alfaromeo 147 ( http://www.part.cz/images/auto-moto/jv47_alfa147_t.jpg ), with a Ragazzon +5bhp exhaust. Tooooo noisy on motorway. Like someone that kiks your brain... unacceptable. :duh: MIK'82
