  1. Sounds great thanks I'll give it a go.
  2. Does anyone with the ES300h Takumi (2020) with premier audio, know how the system searches the USB data when you ask it to play a song or artist. Does the system search the metadata on the USB files and if so which specific fields. I am struggling to get it to play specific tracks or artists, and it always seems to want an album name. So far I'm not impressed. There's nothing of value in the user guides. What format do MP3 files on the USB need to be in, and are there any data limits?? Also can anyone make Waze work with Android auto??
  3. Does anyone have experience of fitting a GPS tracker such as the Carlock or Sinotrack systems (or any others). I am looking for recommendations and what pitfalls to avoid on installation and running costs / performance etc. Really would like to hear your experiences I have an ES300h Takumi (2020). Thanks.
  4. My dealer agreed to throw in a set of rubber floor mats with my new ES300h Takumi, he assured me (3 times) that it would be a full set (4 mats) but in the event they only supplied the front mats. Apparently Lexus do not supply rear rubber mats. I guess your rear passengers will have to remove their shoes before getting in the car ;-(. You may find a set on ebay, I am looking for mudflaps on ebay, but they appear to be Chinese imitations. So check things out carefully before ordering.
  5. I have an IS300h purchased new August 2015, (approx 8000miles). It has recently come to my attention that the offside headlight does not always dip after being on high beam. The fault is intermittent. I did snag this on the 1 year service but was told by the dealership that there was no fault found. Recently the fault has become more frequent, and I have to dip the lights twice to get the off side to go down. This tends to annoy oncoming traffic. After investigations, and replacing some headlamp parts, and swapping parts L-R, the dealership is now sourcing a new O/S headlight unit to cure the problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem or anything like it.
