I tried reprogramming an old remote (I had from a former Is200 i wrote it off) that I placed in a new key shell. The remote lock when worked fine after a few times. i did find out that what is meant by « 3.Switch ignition ON and OFF once to program new key code whilst retaining the original codes or twice to program a new key code whilst erasing the original codes « is that it will erase the codes from the orignal key. So I had then to reprogram that one. However I can’t get the immobiliser programmed in my old remote, from my old written off Lexus (R.I.P). is that normal or should I keep trying? Done it about 10 time with no success
