    I have a 2014 IS250 - never driven a IS300h but was wondering: - is the engine the same in both cars? - is the engine essentially the same as the gen 2 IS250 or are there improvements?

    I bet the car was warm from the service/inspection, it makes a huge difference on mpg. I take a break half way through my 130 mile commute, the computer resets and I often get 42mpg for the second half of the journey. My 2014 250 is averaging 37.5mpg on trips to work, I can get 40mpg if I'm really careful but it's not worth it. Today I did the 260 mile trip with half a tank :)

    Anyone know why the IS has a triangular sticker patch over the side of the rear wheels leading to the rear doors? Always wondered.....

    Your computer will tell you the date of next service and mileage. I believe your next service will be in 1 year or 44k miles.

    It's an offer from Lexus UK - they will have certain models available new at a really good discount, usually used to reward selected existing customers and help them meet their sales numbers for certain figures. just had something similar on our X Trail and they gave us 28% discount (got 11% last time).
